Anodic aluminum oxide has been used as templates for material growth due to its versatile performance and flexibility. We offer wide range of Al/AAO based 3D nano-structures that suit customer needs. Highly ordered AAO hole-arrays are fabricated by nano-imprinting technology and proprietary anodizing technique. 

Highly ordered stamping molds for imprinting are fabricated through standard deep-UV lithography and e-beam lithography. We offer high quality standard and customized imprinting molds at affordable prices. The nano-pillar molds can also be used for magnetic nanostructures, LED Light extraction layers, metamaterials, photovoltaic patterning, templates for crystal growth, nanoimprint process development, photonic /plasmonic structures, nano biotechnology. 

We developed the advanced pressurized technology to ensure high quality printing of large area. The unique impriting process with air-assisted soft press & auto mold release technology enables perfect imprinting on flexible or curved substrates and can better reduce the effect of small particle  contamination on the substrates.
